Announcement PDF ASX Announcement 10 July 2026 Page | 1 REVISED ANNOUNCEMENT - RELEASE OF PARCEL OF SHARES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW Sea Forest Limited (ASX:SEA) (“Company”) advises that, further to the Company's announcement made earlier during the day, and in accordance with orders of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia made under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth), 166,667 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company will now be released from escrow after the close of trading hours on 17 July 2026. The release is permitted under the terms of the Company's escrow arrangements and the ASX Listing Rules, which allow restricted securities to be dealt with to the extent necessary to comply with an order of a court made under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). The 166,667 shares represent approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued capital. The release does not otherwise affect the escrow arrangements applying to the Company's remaining restricted securities.
